How to Enrol and Pay

Step 1

If you would like to attend one of our courses, contact us at courses@merganser.co.uk informing us which course title and dates you would like to attend and we will register your place.

Step 2

If you are applying for funding through Comenius, we will send you a confirmation letter to assist your funding application. This letter reserves your place.

If you are self funding or, are obtaining alternative funding, we will send you a letter to confirm your reservation.

Step 3

Once your funding is agreed with your National Agency and we have written to confirm the details we will send you an invoice with payment details.

Payment should be made by bank transfer at least 4 weeks before your course or as soon as you receive your Comenius grant. We are unable to accept cash payments.(please check with your bank if there will be any charges made so that you can ensure we receive the full amount listed on your invoice

  • Full payment must be received at least 4 weeks before the course start date.
Full payment includes:
  • The course fee - €1025
  • Homestay accommodation - €395

  • Please allow sufficient time for a transfer of funds (minimum 5 days)
  • Please ensure you quote your ‘enrolment reference’ on the payment

Cancellation Charges

Cancellation charges apply once you have confirmed to us that you have been allocated funding and we have confirmed to you the course dates.

Cancellation charges will apply as follows:

  • Cancellation more than a month before the course start date: €50
  • Cancellation 14-28 days before the course start date: €150
  • Cancellation 14 days or less before the course start date: €350
