Our experience is grounded through many years working in education systems around the world. In the early years of their career many of our consultants were classroom teachers. Building on that experience they moved into headship or principalship and into education management more widely. Their understanding of the classroom and the crucial interaction between teacher and student, led them into teacher education and into universities and government education organisations.
