We will work in any way that will effect positive results. Often this consists of consultancy working in a structured client led environment. We are fully experienced in working within the constraints of the international funding agencies, and national government policies and practices. We understand and support the need for accountability in international consultancy and the need to achieve value for money from international consultants.

For our work with UK teachers and education managers, we have found that developing inter-cultural understanding is often the key factor in ensuring effective learning from international education experience. We have produced a range of documents and planned staff development activities to support this. In addition effective management of expectations and good briefing are critical.
