Consultancy

Our core team has worked at the most senior levels within Ministries, Regions and within commercial education support services. We have worked in the UK and in many countries overseas.

But beyond our experience, we have a commitment to making services work to enable the citizen achieve their full potential. Transparency in the consultancy relationship with the client is essential, together with a flexible response focussing clearly on client requirements, rather than any pre-set view of how things should be.

A wide range of short and medium length (ranging from two weeks upwards) consultancy in several specialist education areas can be made available, delivered by senior consultants with substantial international and UK experience. We have consultants available who can work in the following fields:

Consultancy terms of reference are first agreed with the client (and, if appropriate, the funding agency). Details of the nominated consultant and the costing, which is usually on the basis of consultancy days, are also agreed. There is a substantive quality assurance process whereby all consultancy reports are reviewed and “signed off” by a Director before being finalized.

Our team have worked on a wide variety of assignments. These have included consultancies in many Caribbean countries where, for example, our team partnered Atos KPMG in the DFID-funded Jamaica Performance Improvement Project, offering support to the Jamaica Ministry of Education. We have worked with the British Council in various locations including Kenya and Jordan. For two years we have been working with our partners CIDT University of Wolverhampton to support the education services of St Helena in the South Atlantic.
