Overseas Experience for UK Teachers

We work with our partner organisation HTI Leadership Centre in the delivery of the UK Department for Children, Schools and Families (DCSF) Teachers International Professional Development Programme (TIPD).  Together we offer 600 places each year for teachers from England to undertake structured visits to a range of destinations in Europe and around the world.

Merganser Consulting provides management partnership in the operation of this programme.  We use our international networks to identify suitable destinations where teachers can learn about education elsewhere in the world, and we then work with our partners to ensure that a suitable programme is provided.
